I want you photos to look natural. There's no stiff posing. Just do what you would normally, if you go for a walk with your family at a local beauty spot. Play, run, chase, throw some leaves, admire the flowers, walk the dog - while I capture the action.

I want your photos to be heartfelt & authentic, capturing those unscripted giggles, the candid action & genuine smiles while you are simple enjoying each others company, so the piccies reflect the true spirit of your family.

Bawtry Woods

A truly beautiful woodland location, just outside Bawtry. This site is usually very quiet and peaceful, with great spots through the woods for your photos. Free parking is available

Tickhill Duckpond

Younger children can feed the ducks and there's a lovely route which takes in farm buildings, a field and rustic alleyways.

There's free parking on the streets nearby.

Sprotborough Falls

A scenic location by the side of the river Don. At some points at this site, there are steep drops from the side of the path into the river, so possibly not suitable for younger children. There's a lovely pub nearby for a post-shoot drink with your family.

Limited free parking on the roadside or park at the pub but fees apply.

Cusworth Hall

A great place for your on-location shoot, but bear in mind there is a hill down to the lake. There is a car park and fees apply

Sandall Park

A lovely park, with a large lake. There's several jetties and a nice walk around around the lake.

Free Parking on site and the park is mainly flat.

Eastfield Farm

Meet me at the Farm for a photoshoot that takes in farm buildings & cute pathways (Summer Only)

Here's everything you need to know before you book your session

What if it rains?

I don't mind a bit of drizzle, so bring the umbrella if the weather isn't great and pop your wellies on for some splash-in-the-puddle type images! If it's REALLY bad, your session can be re-scheduled.

What to expect

I will do both natural and posed shots. I aim to make you feel at ease but be prepared to feel silly during your shoot, as most people do! It works best when you forget the camera is on you & just have a laugh together!

What to wear

It looks great when you co-ordinate your outfits - perhaps with a particular colour scheme, pattern or theme, e.g, all wear blue & white, all wear smart shirts or all wear different shades of the same colour! You can bring any props you like - the only limit is your imagination!
