Dawn & Paul's Wedding at the Peppered Pig

Dawn & Paul got married at The Peppered Pig, Snaith. As soon as I arrived to photograph the day, I could see what a close & loving family these guys have and I was praying the rain would hold off (it didn't!). I took the opportunity to get as many photos as I could during breaks in the rain! Dawn & Paul are a very down to earth couple, with a love for singing. Paul sang for Dawn as she came down the aisle and then they surprised their guests by singing together before they walked down the aisle together as a married couple. Dawn wore her beloved crocs for the wedding, be-jazzed up of course and despite the wet weather, this was a wonderful day!

What was the best part of your day?

I can't choose, I can only say it was the best day ever!

Why did you choose your wedding venue

We looked at a few places & The Peppered Pig just ticked everything. The venue itself is just beautiful, the food is quality, the staff are all so welcoming and we were able to make the day personal to us. The team did just what we wanted & with the surroundings, the views and above all the Yurt, it was just magical. Everyone has commented how beautiful it was. And with the added bonus of the gorgeous rooms to stay on our wedding night, it was the perfect setting to have it all, the ceremony and the celebrations.

What was the inspiration behind your wedding theme?

We didn't have a theme as such, we just wanted every one to enjoy and have fun, and i believe that is exactly what they did

If you could do it all over again, is there anything you would change / do differently?

Absolutely not, it all went how we wanted it to, apart from the rain.

What advice would you give to other couples when planning their Wedding?

Be sure it is what you want. The right venue will listen to you, and do what is right for you.

Is there anything else you'd like to say about your wedding?

It was an amazing day from start to finish, and we both want to say a massive thankyou to you Vicky from us, but also many of the guest who we have since spoken to, who have said you were amazing. You didn't stop all day and you amazed them with how you worked the whole party, thankyou!
